A Journey to Health and Helping Others

Have you ever felt like you were doing everything right, only to realize you were missing the bigger picture the whole time?

That was me for over two decades. I lived what I thought was a successful life - late nights, social drinking, and a diet that prioritized convenience over nutrition. I believed I was in good shape and maintaining my health. But watching loved ones fall victim to heart attacks and cancer was a wake-up call. It made me realize how limited our care options are for serious illnesses and that ultimately, we're responsible for our own health.


Me burnt out at the end of 2022

At 40, I decided to make a change. 

I got sober and truly focused on my well-being for the first time. I explored practices like qigong and boxing, but it was my discovery of Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) that truly transformed my physical and cognitive health. The improvements I experienced were nothing short of remarkable, and I knew I had to share this powerful therapy with others.

This passion led me to found O2 Brain. I was particularly moved by EWOT's potential to help people facing challenges like Alzheimer's and dementia.
