Book a Session
What happens during an EWOT Session?
During an EWOT session, users engage in physical activity while breathing air that contains a significantly higher percentage of oxygen than normal atmospheric air. This oxygen-rich air is 95% oxygen, compared to the roughly 21% found in regular air.
The process is straightforward:
The user puts on a mask that is connected to a 1000 liter reservoir containing 95% oxygen.
They begin physical activity.
The oxygen-enriched air significantly increases the amount of oxygen in the user's bloodstream feeding muscles, brain and organs.
It will take between 15 and 25 minutes for the average person to finish 1000 liters.
